from all the way back in 2003, 'idle listener' is my first attempt to create a coherent album of songs. i've lost one of the songs on the original tracklist (ape go was a 20 minute soundscape featuring the amazing accordian stylings of pete mcconville) so i've added a couple of other tracks from that period that were either intended as bonus material or were 'spares'
there seems to be some audible file corruption in two of the last tracks in the form of clicking so i've posted these for free
